All shipments are made via U.S. 1st Class Mail for one or two BookGems, or Priority Mail for three or more (1 to 3 day service to most of the U.S.) Orders are shipped from the U.S. West Coast (Los Angeles) so you can estimate delivery time to your location. Note that due to our free shipping and use of US Mail, we do not offer package tracking numbers except for 2-Day service.

Outside the U.S. or Canada, orders can also be made via major credit cards through PayPal or Amazon as above. Funds will be converted to U.S. currency by your card issuer. Customary conversion fees may apply.

We now ship exclusively via U.S. AIR MAIL, offering 5 to 10 day service to most countries.

Please note that International Orders may in some cases take up to 14-21 days due to variations in delivery, customs processing and regulations. To minimize the delay we ship all orders within 48 hours. If you should experience a longer delay we can send you the US Customs Forms Number for customs inquiries.

All inquiries for returns, warranty replacement or parts should be made through our customer service email. Shipping fees are not refundable.
